Studio , Class & Cancellation Policies
The Well Studio and Class Policy
At The Well, we’re committed to creating a welcoming, supportive space where women can train, move, and recover with confidence. To keep things running smoothly (and fairly) for everyone, please read the policies below.
Class Booking and Attendance
1) Booking Classes

All classes must be booked in advance through our app to secure your spot.
2) Cancellation Window (New Policy)
-
You can cancel or change a class up to 8 hours before the class start time via the app.
-
Changes made within 8 hours are considered a late cancellation.
3) Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees (New Policy)
Because many of our classes are busy and we plan them around who’s booked in:

Late cancel (within 8 hours): €5 fee
-
No-show: €5 fee
Common-sense exceptions (at our discretion):

Your first late cancel in a 30-day period may be forgiven
-
Illness/injury
-
Emergencies / unexpected childcare issues
4) No-Show Policy

If you don’t attend a class without cancelling in time, the no-show fee applies.
Membership and Payments
1) Recurring Monthly Memberships
-
Members on a recurring monthly plan may pause their membership for up to 2 weeks per calendar year.
-
Pauses must be requested at least 7 days in advance by contacting The Well team.
2) Payments
-
All payments must be made in advance via the app or at reception.

Recurring monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled in line with the policy below.
Personal Training

All personal training sessions must be paid for in advance.

Sessions are only confirmed once payment is received.

Personal training cancellation terms follow the same 8-hour cancellation window unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
1) Class Cancellations
-
Cancel or reschedule in the app up to 8 hours before class start time.

Late cancellations and no-shows incur the fees listed above.
2) Membership Cancellations
-
A minimum of 1 month’s notice is required to cancel a recurring monthly membership.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email) to susan@thewellstudio.ie
-
Your membership will remain active (and billed) during the notice period.
3) Termination of Training
-
The Well reserves the right to discontinue training or membership if the professional relationship is not working. This decision would only be made after reasonable efforts to resolve concerns.
Studio Guidelines
1) Safety, Respect & Hygiene
-
Appropriate workout attire and footwear are required.
-
All members must bring a towel to every session (classes, personal training, open gym, and recovery).
-
We maintain a supportive and respectful atmosphere. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
2) Personal Belongings
-
The Well is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Recovery Space, Sauna & Studio Etiquette
-
Sauna and recovery services must be booked in advance where applicable.
-
Please arrive on time and follow staff guidance for safe use of recovery equipment and the sauna.

If you’re unsure what’s best for you, our team will happily advise.
Refund Policy
1) Classes and Sessions
-
Refunds are not provided for missed classes, late cancellations, or no-shows.
2) Memberships
-
Membership fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for medical or exceptional circumstances at management discretion.
