A fast-paced, high-energy session designed to boost fitness, burn calories, and leave you feeling empowered and energised.

TOTAL
A full-body workout that blends strength and cardio for the ultimate training session — no two classes are ever the same.

PILATES
A low-impact class to improve core strength, posture, and flexibility, helping you move better and feel stronger from the inside out.

VIRTUAL SPIN
Hop on a bike and sweat it out to energising playlists and motivating instructors streamed on screen in our dedicated spin room.

STRETCH & RECOVER
Stretch & Recover is a 10–15 minute guided session led by our virtual system in our dedicated Stretching Room, designed to ease tight muscles and help you unwind. Perfect as a quick reset after training (or anytime you’re feeling stiff), and suitable for all levels.
