About The Well
The Well is a women-focused strength and wellness studio designed to help you feel strong, confident, and looked after — in your body and your mind.
We offer coached small-group training in a calm, modern space where you can learn proper technique, build real strength, and stay consistent without feeling intimidated.
Not at all — you can start exactly where you are. We scale everything to your level and help you build confidence as you go.
Strong is strength-focused lifting with coaching on technique - think of it as a guided gym session.
Total is a balanced full-body mix of strength + conditioning, and Ignite is a faster-paced conditioning class using intervals and circuits — all scalable to your level.
Most classes are 45 minutes. Our Spin sessions come in 20, 30, and 40 minute options — perfect if you’re short on time.
Our live timetable is on the Mindbody app (we update it often). Download Mindbody, search The Well, and you’ll see the most up-to-date schedule and availability.

Wear comfortable gym gear and bring a water bottle and a small towel
You can cancel for free up to 8 hours before class. From February 1st 2026, late cancels (inside 8 hours) are €5 and no-shows are €5.
Sauna sessions are typically 20 minutes, but if you're brand new to it you can use this time to pop in and out until you get used to the full 20 mins. Wear whatever you’re comfortable in — most people stay in the sports bra and shorts they trained in, or you can bring swimwear; we provide towels to sit on, so you can pop on a podcast and relax. Sauna sessions are private so there will be no one joining you while you relax. Sauna sessions are booked in our app and if you're a regular user you can add a sauna pack to your membership!
