Our Open Gym sessions give you the freedom to train on your own while still enjoying the supportive, welcoming atmosphere of The Well. Whether you’re following one of our personalised gym programs or just want to move at your own pace, you’ll have access to top-class equipment in a clean, non-intimidating environment designed specifically for women.

1. What equipment is available in Open Gym?
Our gym includes dumbbells, benches, multi gym rack including cable and smith machine, cardio equipment (rower, ski erg, treadmill, stair climber, assault bike), boxing bag, and functional training tools. You’ll also have access to our Interactive Recovery Screen to support stretching, mobility, and recovery routines.

2. Do I need experience to use the Open Gym?
No – all levels are welcome. Every member gets a complimentary personalised gym program and a 30-minute onboarding session so you know how to use the equipment safely and confidently.

3. Is Open Gym included in my membership?


Yes, Open Gym is included in our Live Well and Be Well membership tiers. Entry-level Train Well membership includes classes only.

4. Can I just drop in to use the gym?
No – Open Gym is only available to members and must be pre-booked. This ensures a safe, supportive environment and prevents overcrowding.

5. Will Open Gym be busy?
We cap our memberships to keep our space comfortable and welcoming. You’ll never have to fight for equipment.

6. Can I bring a friend?
For safety and capacity reasons, Open Gym is reserved for members only. Friends are welcome to join on a free consultation or trial session before committing.

7. Do I need to book a space?
Yes – booking your Open Gym session ensures numbers are kept small, so everyone has the space and support they need.

8. Can I get help with my technique if I need it?
While Open Gym is self-led, our coaches are always
 nearby and happy to answer a quick question. For more hands-on guidance, we recommend joining classes or personal training.
